Q: What hours are you open?
A: 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Q: Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Q: How much notice do I need to give?
A: Often we have same day appointments available.  2-day notice is better.

Q: Can I choose a male or female therapist?
A: Yes. We have both available.

Q: What is your couple's discount?
A: When you schedule 2 massages for the same day our rates are discounted. Please contact us for more information on discounts

Q: How long does a massage last?
A: One half hour or longer if you wish.

Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: No. Just bring your stressed body.

Q: How will the massage feel?
A: Our therapists use oil or lotion and start out using Swedish massage strokes to relax your brain and your muscle tension—these strokes feel good. Pressure may be increased on specific areas—if needed. You may experience some pain but it is short lived. This will greatly reduce the pain in the long run.

Q: How often should I receive a massage?
A: Once a week, for optimal health benefit. Most people have a massage once a month.

Q: Can massage help relieve my back pain or headache?
A: Yes. Massage increases the blood flow to the massaged muscles thereby reducing pain.

Q: What types of massage do you offer?
A: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuro-muscular, Sports, Pre and Post-Natal.
